FAXE Panel lye is mild lye, which effectively protects and seals the wood against yellowing by neutralizing the tannic acid in the wood. In addition, a UV filter and antioxidants have been added to provide unique protection, which breaks the light's UV rays and prevents the wood from yellowing due to exposure to oxygen in the air.

In FAXE Panel Lye, the properties of lye, oil and wax are combined in the same product. This means you can get all the benefits of the lye, the oil and the wax in one work step.

Genuine, water-based, mild lye • Outstanding protection against yellowing • Effective surface sealing.

FAXE Panellud is used indoors on profiled and slatted ceilings, walls, etc., of old or new light wood, such as pine and spruce, where you want an honest and natural surface that is easy to maintain. FAXE Panellud is also particularly suitable for treating yellowed wood, which must have a Nordic and natural appearance.

A coat of FAXE Panellud also gives old and yellowed wood that bright appearance left.

The lye and oil in FAXE Panel lye penetrate the wood and protect it in depth. At the same time, the surface is sealed by hard wax.

FAXE PANEL LOUD IS AVAILABLE IN TWO VARIANTS, ONE WHITE AND ONE Opaque WHITE.

FAXE Panel Lye White is sold in 1 litre, 2.5 litres and 4 litres and FAXE Panellud Covering White in 4 litres. Click HERE if you want to read more about the product.

TIPS AND TRICKS.

IF YOU ARE GOING TO START LIGHTING YOUR CEILINGS OR PANELS, IT MAY BE A GOOD IDEA TO READ HERE!

FAXE Panellud is an easy product to work with. However, in achieving the best result, it is essential that the processing is in order before you begin.

  • The wood must be clean and dry. Wash if necessary first with FAXE Tree Cleaner.
  • FAXE Panellud is easily applied with a brush or sponge in a thin layer, even a layer in the longitudinal direction of the tree. Avoid/smooth overlaps.
  • If you want a whiter result, apply an additional layer of FAXE Panel liquor, but remember that the 1st layer must be completely dry first.

ATTENTION! When applied with a brush, a brighter result is obtained than when using a sponge.

FAXE Panel Lye contains oil and wax. This means that ceilings or panels become water- and dirt-repellent and easy to keep clean. However, we recommend FAXE Floor Soap White or FAXE Oil Care White if they need to be washed.
