EFAmetal Machine Enamel
Are you going to renovate your tractor, construction machine or any other metal surface? Then our EFAmetal Machine Enamel is the right solution.
EFAmetal Machine Enamel is an air-drying paint developed for professional use on agricultural and construction machinery and other iron and steel surfaces. EFAmetal Machine Enamel has the best properties by applying with brush, spray and dipping.
EFAmetal Machine Enamel is made based on alkyd, which ensures good outdoor durability. The product gives a high gloss robust surface with excellent light fastness, weather and water resistance. The products attach directly to steel. Corrosion protection is achieved by priming with EFAmetal Machine Primer first.
We have a large selection of colours for the most well-known brands in the industry and a wide range of prominent colours for the construction industry.

EFAmetal Machine Primer
For priming of machines, before applying EFAmetal Machine Enamel.
EFAmetal Machine Enamel is suitable for rust protection in production facilities, Machines, and agricultural machinery, among other things. The primer dries quickly and has excellent attachment properties and rust protection. Moreover, the primer can be overpainted with the most alkyd covering paints, EFAmetal Machine Enamel series 0130.
EFAmetal Machine Primer series 0100 Mat is produced based on an alkyd with added zinc phosphate, which prevents rust from forming. The primer is usable for steel and machines.
EFAmetal machine primer, series 0101 silk mat, is being used where a silk matt surface is desired and can be used 1 x varnishing on items for indoor use.
For aluminium, use our EFAmetal Shopprimer series 0200, which is also particularly suitable as an adhesion-improving primer on light metals and galvanized iron.
All our primers can be diluted with universal thinner 0700-68013.

Ja det kan man godt. Man skal dog en bruge vores Shopprimer, som er lavet til aluminium og galvaniseret stål.
Dette varierer fra produkt til produkt, men man kan finde oplysninger omkring dette i vores datablade eller på produktsiden. Dette kan findes på vores hjemmeside.
Hvis man skal male en metaloverflade, så er det vigtigt at den får den en primer først. Dette virker som rustbeskyttelse og grunder for malingen.
Vores Maskinprimer serie 0100 Mat, er udviklet er lavet til konstruktioner, specielt til maskinindustrien, hvor der ønskes en hurtigtørrende grundfarve
Maskinprimer serie 0101 Silkemat, har samme egenskaber som serie 0100, men giver et silkemat udtryk.
Nej der må maximal gå 24 timer efter første påføring til anden påføring, da overfladen bliver for hård til at næste lag kan binde sig fast i overfladen.
